Job summary

Beiersdorf Middle East is seeking an eShopper & Customer Marketing Manager to translate brand and category strategies into winning online shopper experiences across eCommerce, Sales, and Marketing. You will own Digital Shelf excellence, improve search and conversion, and work with external partners to drive profitable growth in the Middle East.

Qualifications

University degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
3–4 years in shopper marketing, revenue growth management or eCommerce.
Strong digital shelf content, retailer search visibility and performance measurement.
Hands-on with Salsify or similar PIM/content-syndication platform.
Fluent business English; Arabic an advantage.
Strong budget, project and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own Digital Shelf standards across e-retailers, marketplaces and omnichannel customers.
Translate brand/category insights into customer-specific activation plans.
Lead online promotions, launches, bundles and key shopping events from concept to evaluation.
Build Live and Social Commerce capabilities and pilots.
Track online market share, trends and performance; turn data into action.
Manage budgets, timelines and agencies with disciplined prioritization.
