Job summary

Grandiose in Dubai is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Accounts Manager to own online performance across its F&B, floral and cake brands on aggregators and its own app. You will drive sales growth, optimize pricing, promotions and placement, and coordinate with internal teams for alignment.

You will manage relationships with online partners, launch new brands and locations, monitor KPIs, and lead initiatives to improve visibility and conversion. Prior food industry experience is essential.

• Experience managing aggregators, pricing, promotions and performance.
• Strong understanding of online food business across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end online performance and commercials across brands, locations and platforms.
• Drive sales growth and profitability with clear action plans.
• Monitor daily performance by brand and platform, identify gaps and take corrective action.
• Manage pricing, promotions and platform commercials within approval limits.
• Lead relationships with aggregators and online partners, plan campaigns and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate launches of new brands and locations and ensure readiness.
