Job summary
Kamal Luthra General Trading LLC, a Dubai-based company building a new and exciting e-commerce business in the UAE, is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of the online operation and drive growth. You will work directly with management and the team to shape the business from the ground up.

Responsibilities
- Managing Amazon UAE, Noon and our own e-commerce website
- Managing product listings, catalogue, images, descriptions, keywords and pricing
- Improving product visibility and conversion
- Planning and executing online promotions and offers
- Monitoring daily sales and marketplace performance
- Tracking competitors, pricing and market trends
- Managing inventory and coordinating with the warehouse and procurement teams
- Working closely with the marketing team to drive online sales
- Monitoring advertising campaigns and ROAS
- Analysing sales, margins, conversion rates and customer behaviour
- Identifying products with growth potential and products that need improvement
- Planning monthly sales and promotional activities
- Managing new product launches and online product onboarding
- Preparing weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
- Finding new opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
