Kamal Luthra General Trading LLC, a Dubai-based company building a new and exciting e-commerce business in the UAE, is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of the online operation and drive growth. You will work directly with management and the team to shape the business from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Managing Amazon UAE, Noon and our own e-commerce website
• Managing product listings, catalogue, images, descriptions, keywords and pricing
• Improving product visibility and conversion
• Planning and executing online promotions and offers
• Monitoring daily sales and marketplace performance
• Tracking competitors, pricing and market trends
• Managing inventory and coordinating with the warehouse and procurement teams
• Working closely with the marketing team to drive online sales
• Monitoring advertising campaigns and ROAS
• Analysing sales, margins, conversion rates and customer behaviour
• Identifying products with growth potential and products that need improvement
• Planning monthly sales and promotional activities
• Managing new product launches and online product onboarding
• Preparing weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
• Finding new opportunities to increase revenue and profitability

Job description

We are a growing Dubai-based company building a new and exciting e-commerce business in the UAE, and we are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join us at an important stage of our growth.

This is not a job where you will simply be asked to upload products and prepare reports.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the e-commerce business, understand what is working, identify what is not working and come up with practical ideas to grow sales.

You will have the opportunity to work directly with the management team and be involved in building the e-commerce business from the ground up.

You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management and growth of our online business, including:
