Job summary

Clorox is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager for the MENA region to lead the eCommerce agenda, drive commercial performance, engage customers, and build capabilities across multiple digital channels.

You will own the P&L, shape growth strategies, partner with key retailers, expand into new channels, and lead budgeting and media investments while developing the regional team for sustainable, profitable eCommerce growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of commercial leadership in eCommerce sales.
• Demonstrated channel P&L ownership and customer negotiations.
• Experience in multinational FMCG/CPG environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent English; Arabic language an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Owns full eCommerce P&L across MENA, delivering revenue, profit and market share.
• Develops and executes annual operating plans and multi-year growth strategies.
• Drives channel mix optimization across pure-play, quick commerce, and bricks‑and‑clicks.
• Leads strategic relationships with top eCommerce retailers; manages annual joint business plans and negotiations.
• Defines and executes the eCommerce expansion roadmap across MENA; onboards new customers and platforms.
• Owns eCommerce budgets; drives retail media effectiveness and ROI.
• Leads regional eCommerce team and capability building.
