Confidential Careers is seeking a Commercial Director to drive profitable revenue growth and multi-channel expansion across regional and international markets. This hands-on leader will scale eCommerce, grow physical retail, and build strategic partnerships, while maintaining strong execution and accountability.

The role requires a commercially minded leader with strategic vision, capable of launching new channels and managing market expansion across GCC and international markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial leadership.
• Proven track record driving profitable revenue growth across multiple channels.
• Experience launching new sales channels and expanding into new markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a commercial strategy to maximize revenue and profitability across D2C eCommerce, physical retail, spas, e-tailers, marketplaces, and retail partnerships.
• Lead expansion of physical retail footprint and launch new sales channels with premium retailers and distributors.
• Scale D2C eCommerce operations and implement omnichannel strategies for online and offline channels.
• Build and lead a high-performing commercial team and collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain, Finance.
• Provide regular reporting on revenue growth, profitability, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
