Job summary

Confidential is seeking an E-commerce Manager to lead the performance and execution of E-commerce across the region. You will own commercial trading, consumer experience, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive profitable growth and strengthen direct-to-consumer business.

The role requires strong analytical skills, regional / multi-market experience, and the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions while partnering with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Commerce, Online Trading, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business actions and recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working within a regional or multi-market environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and growth across E-commerce channels in the Middle East.
• Own the digital trading calendar, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, average order value, revenue).
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and engagement.
• Champion a consumer-centric online experience across digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, CS, and Technology to deliver priorities.
