Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in e-commerce, business administration, supply chain or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, logistics or last-mile delivery.
• Experience managing fulfillment teams and external logistics providers.
• Experience with grocery e-commerce, dark stores, perishable inventory or temperature-controlled delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce picking, marshalling, packing and dispatch.
• Coordinate last-mile delivery from order readiness to customer receipt.
• Lead fulfillment teams and assign shift responsibilities.
• Oversee third-party logistics providers against service requirements.
• Monitor productivity, order cycle time and dispatch performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
