Job summary

Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas in Abu Dhabi invites dynamic, self-motivated Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and serve beverages, set up the bar, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service in a busy hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality diploma or equivalent, at least one year in bar operations, excellent English, and a passion for guest service with strong wine, liquor and cocktail knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in F&B required.
• Minimum of one year experience in Bar Operations.
• Excellent command of English and strong guest service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar and prepare mise-en-place for service.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to standard procedures.
• Provide high level hospitality and attention to guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and equipment throughout service.
• Assist in maximizing revenue through upselling and service excellence.
