Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in F&B.
• Good command of English; additional guest service/interpersonal skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to guests following hotel standards.
• Greet, seat and serve guests in a professional, discreet and personalized way.
• Acquire in‑depth knowledge of the menu to advise guests.
• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness in the outlet.
• Ensure accurate mise-en-place and service preparations.
• Monitor quality of food & beverages served.
• Attend to guest inquiries and resolve complaints satisfactorily.
• Minimize wastage, breakage and spoilage; prevent losses.
• Use up‑selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
