Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations and foster a positive employee experience. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy implementation, and HR administration in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in HR, strong UAE labor law knowledge, and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a dynamic corporate environment in a Security Industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and induction.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company guidelines.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
• Coordinate performance management processes, probation reviews, and employee development programs.
• Support learning and development initiatives and training coordination.
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and HR metrics.
• Handle employee relations matters professionally and effectively.
• Collaborate with managers to support workforce planning and organizational objectives.
