Confidential in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead local staff recruitment, onboarding and contract management. You will coordinate with management to advertise roles, draft contracts, handle terminations, and maintain payroll and attendance systems.

You will also ensure staff inductions, keep the staff handbook up to date, advise on people-related matters, and support HR projects while communicating clearly with staff across the organisation.
