Job summary

CONFIDENTIAL in Dubai, UAE is seeking a hands-on HR Executive/HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle. The role requires UAE Labour Law knowledge, payroll coordination experience, and practical exposure to HRMS.

Key duties include end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, visas, leave, attendance, employee relations, records, and preparing HR documents. The ideal candidate must be based in the UAE, be fluent in Hindi, and hold an MBA or equivalent with

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience in the UAE.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification.
• Hands-on experience with an HRMS.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Experience in payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Must currently be based in the UAE.
• Native Hindi speaker.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave, overtime and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate visas, medical insurance, Emirates ID and joining formalities.
• Manage employee queries and day-to-day employee relations.
• Maintain employee records and HRMS data.
• Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with UAE Labour Law.
• Track probation periods, confirmations and performance reviews.
• Prepare employment letters, NOCs, salary certificates and HR documentation.
• Coordinate resignations, terminations, clearances and final settlements.
• Prepare HR reports and support ongoing HR initiatives.
