Job summary

Westin Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Marina is seeking a Sales & Marketing support professional to assist with daily office tasks, proposals, and event orders. You will help promote the brand image and coordinate materials for client communications and campaigns.

You’ll respond to guest inquiries by phone and email, maintain confidentiality, and support the sales team to deliver excellent service and stay aligned with brand standards. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai Marina.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying).
• Prepare sales-related documents (proposals, contracts, banquet event orders).
• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Gather materials and assemble information packages (brochures, promotional materials).
• Use sales techniques to maximise revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Answer guest questions about property facilities/services.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients by phone and email.
• Follow company policies; maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate and address service needs.
• Develop positive working relationships; support team goals.
