Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Dubai seeks a non-management, full-time Front Desk/Guest Services teammate to answer and route guest calls, process wake-up requests, relay messages, and assist guests with internet access and special needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Answer, record, log, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Operate telephone switchboard station and handle wake-up calls, messages, and special requests.
• Coordinate with bell staff/valet and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
