On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an A ssistant Manager – Front Office Enclave to join theresort’s Front Office – Enclave Operations team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: .

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Enclave front desk, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and guest interactions.

Supervise and support front office associates assigned to the Enclave area, ensuring adherence to service standards.

Handle VIP arrivals, departures, and special requests with discretion and professionalism.

Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest preferences and expectations are met.

Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements to enhance satisfaction.

Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Ensure accurate billing, reservation handling, and guest profile management.

Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and Enclave area to engage with guests and resolve issues proactively.

Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Act as the point of contact in the absence of the Front Office Manager.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Experience in luxury hospitality or VIP guest handling preferred.

Five-star experience required; ultra-luxury (ultra five-star) experience preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Professional appearance and a guest-centric attitude.

May involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of guest luggage or amenities.
