Job summary

Accor is hiring a Food and Beverage Captain for Swissotel Al Ghurair and Swissotel Living Al Ghurair in Dubai to supervise the restaurant service team and ensure high dining standards.

The role combines hands-on guest service with team leadership, outlet preparation, and knowledge of the menu and beverages. Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience in hospitality and strong leadership skills for busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality/service.
• Experience supervising restaurant service personnel preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service procedures and guest interaction standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Waiters and Busboys within the assigned restaurant area.
• Coordinate daily service activities to meet hotel standards.
• Assist Outlet Manager with smooth outlet operations per shift.
• Perform service duties when required to support guests and team.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, beverages, and dining options.
