Job summary

Accor is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for Swissotel Al Ghurair and Swissotel Living Al Ghurair in Dubai to supervise restaurant operations, lead service teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coordinate outlet activities, maintain standards, and identify opportunities to improve revenue while controlling wastage and ensuring smooth shifts.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, strong service orientation, and knowledge of wines and beverages.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Hotel industry knowledge highly regarded.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations and guest-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food and Beverage service operations within the assigned outlet.
• Ensure staff follow service standards and operational procedures.
• Support Restaurant Manager in maintaining smooth outlet operations.
• Prepare restaurant for service and maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Guide team on upselling and beverage knowledge to improve guest experience.
