Job summary

Azora Property in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Manager — Partnerships to expand our partner network with premium venues across Dubai, including restaurants, lounges, bars, beach clubs and hotels.

Role focuses on identifying partners, engaging decision-makers, conducting meetings, and closing partnerships. Onboarding and CRM management are essential for sustained growth in the Dubai market.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Partnerships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Russian is an advantage.
• UAE hospitality or F&B experience is a strong advantage.
• Existing network of venues in Dubai is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential venue partners.
• Reach owners, GMs, F&B Managers, and other decision-makers.
• Conduct calls, meetings, and product presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close partnerships.
• Support partners through onboarding process.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM.
