Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand and nurture brokerage partner network.
• Organize broker meetings, events, and training sessions.
• Track partner performance and incentive programs.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and finance for communications and reporting.
• Promote broker portals and digital tools for deals and lead tracking.
• Ensure broker registrations, NDAs, and agreements are current and documented.
