Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) in Dubai seeks a Sales Executive for Certified Pre Owned Units to drive targets and maximise gross margins, while promoting Finance and Insurance products, trade-ins and accessories.

You will guide customers through a structured journey, manage leads from Tel/Web/Walk-in channels, and ensure high customer satisfaction and NPS throughout the sales journey. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic preferred.
• Strong negotiation and upselling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly unit sales targets by guiding customers through a structured sales journey.
• Maximise retained gross margins on unit sales and achieve FI/trade-in/DIO targets.
• Capture and manage customer data in C4C, ensuring accurate follow-up.
• Convert leads (Tel/Web/Walk-in) at a minimum 25% rate and attend training.
• Promote referrals to showroom management to boost revenue and NPS metrics.
