Job summary

Al‑Futtaim’s Automall in Dubai seeks a Sales Executive to drive used car sales, engage customers, and manage the full journey from enquiry to handover. You will present vehicles, conduct demonstrations, and coordinate test drives while meeting monthly targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to upsell finance, insurance, and value-added services within a fast-paced showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Fluent English communication.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify vehicle requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Present used vehicles and explain features, specs, condition and benefits.
• Coordinate test drives and vehicle demonstrations following procedures.
• Follow up with inquiries from showroom, website, and referrals to improve lead conversion.
• Guide customers through the sales journey from enquiry to handover and delivery.
• Explain pricing, promotions, ownership costs, warranties and aftersales services.
• Assist with finance arrangements and coordinate with finance teams for documentation.
• Promote insurance products, accessories and value-added services.
