Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Sales Executive in Dubai to achieve monthly unit sales targets and maximize gross margins while promoting Finance and Insurance products. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, effective lead management, and accurate data capture across pre-sale and after-sale activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of automotive sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and be proficient with Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and upselling skills, with the ability to influence customer choices.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly unit sales targets by guiding customers through a structured one-offer journey.
• Maximize retained gross margins on unit sales to maintain branch profitability.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for Finance and Insurance (FI) products.
• Promote effective referrals to Showroom Managers to drive revenue and NPS enhancements.
• Manage leads to increase sales revenue aiming for a 25% conversion rate from Tel/Web/Walk-in enquiries.
• Ensure proper capture of customer data in C4C for efficient referencing and follow-ups.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay updated with brand campaigns and industry trends.
