Bayut & dubizzle in the UAE seeks an ambitious Inside Sales professional to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—in a fast-paced Dubai setting.

You will identify prospects, consult with customers on value-added packages, present tailored proposals by email, calls and text, and maintain relationships while aiming to exceed targets. Strong CRM proficiency and high-volume calling experience are advantageous.

Formación

• 4–5 years in inside sales or telesales required.
• Strong communication, persuasion and closing skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Ability to manage high call volumes.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and qualify prospects from cold, warm and hot leads.
• Consult customers and recommend value-added services and packages.
• Present tailored proposals and maintain communication by email, calls and text.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes in CRM.
• Give actionable feedback to sales management on offerings and market trends.
