Job summary

IIQAF Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an organized Travel Operations Executive to coordinate daily travel and tourism operations. The role involves managing travel arrangements, bookings, itineraries, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth customer journeys.

You will work with airlines, hotels, and DMCs, handle bookings and changes, and maintain strong relationships with travel partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Travel Operations Executive or related roles.
• Experience in travel agencies, tour operators, or tourism organizations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of travel operations, reservations, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily travel ops from booking through completion.
• Manage reservations for flights, hotels, transfers, tours.
• Prepare detailed itineraries based on customer requirements.
• Process bookings, amendments, cancellations, and rescheduling accurately.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers.
• Track costs, supplier charges, refunds, and related bookings.
• Assist with reconciliation of bookings and supplier invoices.
• Maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and partners.
• Ensure services are delivered per schedules and standards.
