IIQAF Group in Dubai seeks a Travel Operations Executive to organize and coordinate daily travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries while ensuring smooth customer experiences. You will manage reservations for flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and activities, work with suppliers, track costs, and maintain strong partner relationships.

The role requires flexibility and attention to detail in a fast-paced travel operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism or related field.
• Experience as Travel Operations Executive or similar roles.
• Experience in a travel agency or tour operator environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of travel operations and reservations.
• Ability to handle urgent or last-minute travel requests.
• Professional communication with customers and partners.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily travel operations from booking to completion.
• Manage reservations for flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and services.
• Prepare detailed itineraries based on customer needs.
• Process bookings, amendments, cancellations, and re-scheduling.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport, tour operators, and DMCs.
• Track costs, supplier charges, refunds, and booking finances.
• Assist with reconciliation of bookings and payments.
• Maintain relationships with travel partners.
• Ensure services meet schedules and standards.
