Job summary

IIQAF Group is seeking an organized, customer-focused Travel Operations Executive to support and coordinate daily travel and tourism operations in Dubai. The role oversees bookings, itineraries, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients.

You will manage reservations for flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and activities while tracking costs and coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other partners to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience as Travel Operations Executive, Travel Operations Coordinator, Tour Operations Executive, Travel Coordinator, Travel Consultant, or Travel Operations Specialist.
• Background in travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, airlines or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong understanding of travel operations, reservations, and tour coordination.
• Experience handling flight, hotel, transportation, tour, excursion, and travel package bookings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily travel and tourism operations from booking through completion of the customer's journey.
• Manage travel reservations for flights, hotels, transfers, tours, excursions, activities, and other travel services.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed travel itineraries based on customer requirements.
• Process new travel bookings, amendments, cancellations, confirmations, and rescheduling requests accurately.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, DMCs, destination management companies, and other travel suppliers.
• Track operational costs, supplier charges, refunds, cancellations, and other booking-related financial information.
• Assist with reconciliation of travel bookings, supplier invoices, and customer payments when required.
• Maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, DMCs, tour operators, transportation companies, and other travel partners.
• Ensure all travel services are delivered according to agreed schedules, customer requirements, and company standards.
