• Knowledge of GDS platforms advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities under pressure.
• UAE/GCC travel industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the travel and reservations team.
• Coordinate flight, hotel, transportation, and holiday package arrangements.
• Review bookings, reservations, confirmations, and travel itineraries.
• Monitor ticketing and reservation activities for accuracy.
• Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, rebooking, and travel inquiries.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
• Check travel documents and booking information for accuracy.
• Monitor team performance and distribute daily assignments.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and assist with suitable solutions.
• Track schedule changes, cancellations, delays, and other travel updates.
• Follow up on customer requests promptly.
• Prepare daily and periodic reports related to bookings and team activities.
• Maintain accurate customer, booking, and transaction records.
• Support the team in achieving service standards and operational targets.
• Ensure the team follows company procedures and applicable travel requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in travel, tourism, ticketing, reservations, or customer service is preferred.
• Supervisory or team‑lead experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of flight reservations, hotel bookings and travel arrangements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to handle booking changes and customer issues efficiently.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with reservation or ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
