Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a travel consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Strong understanding of travel booking systems, reservation procedures, and travel regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: understand members' needs, prepare offers, and tailor travel solutions.
• Travel Planning and Booking: organize trips, book tickets, hotels, and packages; inform clients of updates.
• Vendor Negotiation and Relationship Management: negotiate with vendors and secure competitive rates.
• Sales and Business Development: build leads, conduct calls, and meet monthly sales targets.
• Team Collaboration and Support: foster internal collaboration and support clients remotely when needed.
• Administrative Duties and Miscellaneous Tasks: support daily operations and tasks directed by management.
