Travelstart, located in Dubai, is seeking a passionate Customer Service professional. This role requires interaction with clients through phone, email, and chat to deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Arabic, possesses a working knowledge of GDS, and has experience in the travel industry. You will handle customer inquiries and assist with booking and resolving issues while thriving in a dynamic international team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in e-commerce/online is preferable.
• Self motivated and proactive with a positive approach.
• Diligent, accurate and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Professionally process sales and/or customer service calls.
• Respond to customer queries across all communication channels.
• Resolve customer issues.
• Maintain company and client confidentiality.
• Assist other departments with specific duties when required.
