Job summary

Satatravels in Dubai is seeking an experienced travel consultant to serve corporate and leisure clients. You will book flights, hotels, and transfers, and help with itinerary planning to meet client needs and policies.

A frontline role requiring GDS proficiency and strong geography knowledge; a Tourism/Hospitality degree is preferred. This position is based on-site in Dubai, with opportunities to advise on visas and travel documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of active front-line travel agency experience handling business and leisure itineraries.
• Proficiency with GDS Galileo/Amadeus.
• Strong global geography knowledge, airline fare rules, ticketing, and visa procedures.
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking, negotiation, and customer care skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and transfers in line with company travel policies.
• Manage schedule changes, emergency rebooking, and ticket refunds.
• Ensure adherence to client budgets and preferred vendor programs.
• Handle travel documentation, including visas and travel insurance.
