Job summary

Emirates Holidays in Dubai is seeking a Travel Consultant to deliver seamless sales and service experiences across channels. You will share expertise on destinations, assist with bookings, and support customers through every stage of their journey.

You will handle calls, emails, live chat, and face-to-face interactions in a fast-paced environment, build relationships, promote Emirates Holidays products, and act as a brand ambassador while adhering to service standards and rostering requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a Customer Service environment.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English and Arabic, or German communication skills
• Willingness to work on a rostered schedule / shift based working hours including evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer experience across channels, ensuring queries are addressed within SLAs.
• Handle inbound calls to create and curate holiday experiences and assist with existing bookings.
• Promote and upsell Emirates Holidays products and services where appropriate.
• Utilize CRM to manage the customer lifecycle and maintain accurate records.
• Ticketing for Emirates Holidays bookings and reconcile financial records with stakeholders.
• Support outstations sales teams with rates, availability, and ticketing queries.
• Handle emails, live chat and WhatsApp in line with service standards and SLAs.
• Represent Emirates Holidays as a brand ambassador and uphold grooming standards.
• Address customer complaints per policies and coordinate with internal/external partners to resolve issues.
• Engage with customers ahead of arrival for pre-departure briefings and upsell ancillary products.
