Job summary

Deliveroo in Dubai is seeking an Operations Associate - Retail to support daily in-store operations across our retail partner network. Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience in grocery, retail, or delivery operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site performance using key metrics such as B10s, rejections, missing items, and cancellations, and identify performance gaps.
• Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver on-site training to store staff on Deliveroo SOPs, including picking accuracy, substitution handling, and order prioritization.
• Maintain documentation of site visits, issues identified, and actions taken, and provide regular performance updates.
• Perform basic hardware and technical checks on store devices (tablets, SIMs) and escape issues when required.
• Collaborate closely with store managers and staff to ensure stock accuracy and efficient order preparation.
