Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end store operations: staffing & scheduling, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, picking and packing.
• Coordinate and supervise store operations and shifts.
• Ensure efficient utilization of pickers to maximize productivity.
• Manage inventory and replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock.
• Oversee inbound receiving and outbound fulfillment per SOP.
• Monitor fulfillment processes and propose improvements to increase productivity and profits.
• Supervise store personnel and ensure profitability and service standards.
• Control costs and ensure adherence to budget; manage store-related shrinkage.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and security standards are maintained.
