Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Hands-on mentality with a proven ability to get things done.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding KPI targets.
• Ability to run shifts and manage teams on the floor.
• Strong communication skills, including English proficiency.
• Legal right to work in UAE/Dubai (as applicable) and/or UK per eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team on shift and coordinate with site management to meet company objectives.
• Supervise SOPs with coaching to ensure compliance and quality.
• Communicate professionally with Deliveroo riders.
• Oversee dispatch and accurate order handling to riders, reducing errors.
• Ensure deliveries align with company policies and standards.
• Collaborate with Site Management and stakeholders across functions.
• Uphold high food safety standards and maintain a tidy, compliant site.
• Maintain good external relations with neighbours, landlords, contractors, etc.
• Perform H&S checks and ensure staff adhere to policies.
• Supervise timekeeping, breaks, and adherence to working time directives.
