Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UAE real estate sales experience preferred.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• English language mandatory; Arabic/French/German/Hindi/Urdu/Russian or others a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs defined by management.
• Proactively manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Manage and convert leads from walk-ins, online inquiries, campaigns and referrals with timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate lead lifecycle records in Salesforce.
• Drive sales through direct channels and broker/referral networks; build long-term relationships.
• Deliver professional client presentations highlighting property features, benefits and ROI.
• Actively participate in exhibitions, mall activations and promotional events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
