Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or property development sales management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and structured closing techniques, with the ability to handle complex deals professionally.
• Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and reporting, including the use of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Knowledge of the Dubai and Middle East real estate markets, including regulatory frameworks, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and convey value propositions clearly.
• Leadership capabilities to coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and client interactions simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional real estate certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; comfort working with data to support decision-making.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language.
