Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a Relationship Manager Property Consultant with strong experience in Dubai real estate sales, client acquisition and broker relationship management. The role covers lead generation, negotiation and end-to-end deal closure in a fast-paced market.

You will build and maintain a robust broker network, manage client needs, present suitable residential and investment properties, and relentlessly pursue monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Dubai real estate sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong network of Dubai brokers, investors and buyers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage leads and close deals independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, investors and clients
• Generate new leads and identify potential buyers and investors
• Promote and sell Dubai residential and investment properties
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Manage regular client and broker follow-ups
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Negotiate with clients and close property deals
• Develop new business through networking, referrals and direct outreach
• Build strong relationships with channel partners and brokers
• Guide clients on Dubai property investment opportunities
• Maintain client information and activities in CRM
• Stay updated on Dubai property projects, launches, pricing and market trends
