Main Realty in Dubai is seeking a driven Sales Director to lead the real estate development sales team and shape strategy for off-plan projects. You will drive revenue growth, mentor a team of sales professionals, and manage key broker relationships in a fast-paced market.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business or equivalent, 3+ years in real estate sales, and a track record of meeting targets. RERA cert and driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience with a brokerage or developer firm.
• RERA certification is required.
• Valid driving license required.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Mentor, manage, and train a sales team of brokers/dozens of reps.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Prospect for clients and lead negotiations for fair deals.
• Plan and deliver monthly sales targets and oversee closing activities.
• Identify new business opportunities across geographies through research and prospecting.
• Present projects to brokers and maintain a robust broker network.
• Maintain broker/client database and ensure accurate records.
