Job summary

Talent Capital Infrastructure in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Director to build and lead its in-house sales team ahead of a new project launch. The role focuses on off-plan sales strategy, team formation, and high-level partnerships.

You will drive revenue targets, ensure DLD/RERA compliance, and maintain relationships with brokerages, investors and HNWI, while delivering strong leadership and negotiation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience in Dubai real estate, including 3+ years in senior management.
• Proven track record in off-plan sales and launching a project for a developer.
• Strong network among brokerages, investors and HNWI clients.
• Solid knowledge of DLD / RERA regulations and off-plan procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent English; Russian, Arabic or any European language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for off-plan projects, including launches, pricing and payment plans.
• Build, train and manage an in-house sales team from scratch.
• Develop partnerships with leading Dubai brokerages and manage key investor and HNWI relationships.
• Deliver revenue targets and report to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with DLD / RERA regulations and escrow requirements.
