• Strong understanding of Dubai property market dynamics and developer sales processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing large sales teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with brokers, investors, and channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of more than 10 professionals.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.
