Huaxin Real Estate is expanding its International Secondary & Off-Plan Sales Team in Dubai. We seek motivated agents with proven Dubai market experience to drive secondary and off-plan property sales, build client relationships, and meet targets. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate (Secondary Market preferred).
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic or Chinese are an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Handle property sales and leasing transactions in Dubai's secondary & Off Plan market.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide expert market advice.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
• Stay updated with current market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
• Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
