Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Dubai real estate experience, secondary market preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are welcome.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills demonstrated in past transactions.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market and trends.
- Fluent English required; other languages (Arabic/Chinese) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
- Handle property sales and leasing in Dubai's secondary/off-plan market.
- Conduct viewings, negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
- Maintain regular client communication and provide market advice.
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with owners, investors and developers.
