Job summary

Huaxin Real Estate is expanding its International Sales Team in Dubai and seeks motivated Real Estate Agents for the secondary and off-plan property markets. This role focuses on generating leads, understanding client needs, and closing property deals across Dubai with a commission-based earnings structure.

Candidates with 1-3+ years of sales experience or strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Dubai/UAE real estate sales is preferred.
• 1-3+ years of sales experience encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with strong sales and communication skills may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new leads through calls, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Understand clients' property requirements and provide suitable buying and investment options.
• Promote and sell secondary and off-plan properties in Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, landlords, and developers.
• Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate offers and support clients through documentation and transaction completion.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Stay updated on Dubai property market trends, projects, prices, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
