DNL Properties L.L.C is seeking a driven Property Advisor to join our Dubai team, focusing on secondary market and off-plan properties. The role covers the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and maintaining long-term client relationships.

You will manage property listings, coordinate viewings, and provide market insights, pricing details, and investment potential to clients. The position is on-site in Dubai with strong commission-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales in Dubai.
• Knowledge of secondary and off-plan properties.
• Ability to manage end-to-end sales lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship management and follow-up.

Responsabilités

• Identify suitable secondary and off-plan properties based on client needs.
• Generate and qualify leads; arrange property viewings.
