Huaxin Real Estate in Dubai seeks ambitious Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants to generate leads, build client relationships, and close residential transactions. Qualifications

• Previous experience in Dubai/UAE real estate sales is preferred.
• 3–5 years of real estate sales experience is highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience in luxury, off-plan, or secondary-market sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent sales and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new client leads through calls, networking, social media, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, landlords, and sellers.
• Advise clients on suitable luxury, off-plan, and secondary-market properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present projects professionally.
• Follow up with prospective clients and manage the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the transaction process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Stay updated on Dubai's property market, new developments, pricing, and market trends.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with developers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

We are expanding our international sales team and looking for motivated Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants who are ambitious, target‑driven, and interested in building a successful career in Dubai's competitive real estate market.

Job Summary

As a Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, understanding clients' property requirements, and closing residential real estate transactions.
