Job summary

Huaxin Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a Real Estate Agent Property Consultant to generate leads, develop client relationships and close residential transactions in the luxury market.

You will work with off-plan developments and secondary-market sales, receive commission-based earnings with professional support, and have opportunities for career growth within our international team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai/UAE.
• Experience in luxury properties, off-plan, or secondary-market sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Huaxin Real Estate is a growing Dubai-based real estate company specializing in luxury residential properties off-plan developments and secondary-market sales. We are expanding our international sales team and looking for motivated Real Estate Agents Property Consultants who are ambitious, target-driven and interested in building a successful career in Dubai's competitive real estate market.

Job Summary

As a Real Estate Agent Property Consultant you will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, understanding clients' property requirements and closing residential real estate transactions. You will have the opportunity to work with luxury properties, high-value residential projects and leading off-plan developments in Dubai with an attractive commission structure and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new client leads through calls, networking, social media, referrals and company-provided leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, landlords and sellers
• Advise clients on suitable luxury off-plan and secondary-market properties
• Conduct property viewings and present projects professionally
• Follow up with prospective clients and manage the sales pipeline
• Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the transaction process
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities
• Stay updated on Dubai's property market, new developments, pricing and market trends
• Work toward individual and team sales targets
• Coordinate with developers, clients and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Ensure all transactions are handled professionally and in accordance with company policies and applicable UAE real estate regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in Dubai/UAE real estate sales is preferred.
• Candidates with 3–5 years of real estate sales experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience in luxury properties, off-plan, or secondary-market sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Good command of English.
• Additional languages, especially Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or other international languages, are an advantage.
• Candidates with strong sales experience from other industries may also be considered.
