Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Dubai real estate experience, secondary market preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are welcome.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills demonstrated in past transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market and trends.
• Fluent English required; other languages (Arabic/Chinese) are a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle property sales and leasing in Dubai's secondary/off-plan market.

• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers sellers landlords and tenants
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide expert market advice
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
• Stay updated with current market trends pricing and investment opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with property owners investors and developers
• Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies
