Job summary

Kasumigaseki Property Development in Dubai seeks an energetic Sales Manager to lead the founding sales team, driving revenue across ready inventory and off‑plan launches while managing broker networks and key accounts.

You will report to the Head of Sales, guide negotiations, oversee the full sales cycle, and ensure an exceptional buyer experience as you meet ambitious targets in a fast‑paced market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 4-6 years real estate sales experience, including at least 3 years selling off-plan residential property in Dubai.
• Proven track record selling premium or luxury residential developments, ideally with a Dubai developer.
• Fluency in English required; Mandarin, Russian, French skills are a plus.
• Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with supporting metrics.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, pricing dynamics, and off-plan sales process.
• Familiarity with escrow, Oqood, SPAs, and DLD/RERA procedures.
• Active network of Dubai brokers and investors.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets across ready inventory and off-plan units through direct, inbound, and broker sources.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry, presentation, and viewing through reservation, signed agreement, and handover to CRM.
• Complete SPA transactions for off-plan units and sale contracts and title deed transfers for ready inventory.
• Collaborate with Head of Sales on weekly priorities, pipeline reviews, forecasts, and sales objectives.
• Advise buyers on market conditions, pricing, payment plans, mortgage options, and legal requirements.
• Facilitate special transactions, including unit consolidations and transfers, ensuring documentation and approvals.
• Convert inbound leads from brokerage portal listings (Property Finder, Bayut) and build broker relationships.
• Maintain relationships with brokerage firms, team leaders, and top-performing agents.
• Conduct regular broker visits, project briefings, and follow-ups to monitor inventory.
