Job summary

KASCO Developments invites a results-driven Relationship Manager to lead off-plan sales in Dubai, onboard new brokerage partners, and strengthen broker relationships to maximize project revenue. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to SPA signing, while maintaining CRM records and coordinating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Dubai developer experience, a proven track record of closing off-plan sales, and a robust network of Dubai brokers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years direct experience with a real estate developer in Dubai.
• Proven track record closing off-plan property sales.
• Experience onboarding and managing Dubai brokerage companies.
• Strong existing network of Dubai brokers and real estate agencies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive off-plan property sales and achieve monthly targets through direct clients and brokerage partners.
• Identify, onboard, and activate new real estate brokerage companies in Dubai, expanding our broker network.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with brokerage owners, managers, and agents, ensuring timely support, regular communication, and effective collaboration.
• Conduct broker presentations, project briefings, and training to ensure partners understand our projects, pricing, payment plans, availability, and sales procedures.
• Monitor broker activity and sales performance, follow up with inactive agencies, and implement strategies to increase engagement and conversions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and client follow-up to booking and SPA signing, working closely with brokers to close deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of brokerage registrations, activities, sales pipelines, and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal sales administration, operations, and marketing teams to resolve broker queries and ensure smooth transactions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor projects, and broker feedback to identify new business opportunities and support sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, broker activation, pipeline progress, and outstanding tasks.
